Mixology Wine Institute Princeton, New Jersey

The Mixology Wine Institute has been training Tri-State area Bartenders since 1992. We have four schools in the Pennsylvania, and New Jersey area.

Our Princeton School trains students from Lawrenceville, Hamilton, and Trenton, Yardley, Newtown, Burlington and the surrounding suburbs. We are easily accessible, located directly on Route 1, across the street from the Quaker Bridge Mall.

Training at MWI is like training behind a real bar! With atmosphere, music, and lighting, the bar "classroom" feels like a cocktail lounge with complete sinks, equipment, running water, well, and back bars.

Our fully qualified and experienced instructors; themselves graduates of the program with an average of five years experience, are there to guide students in preparation for their careers in Mixology. Our 48-hour course includes all training materials, alcohol awareness program along with our proven job placement assistance program.

In addition we offer seminars that cover everything from bartending faster and flipping bottles, to serving wine up to the fine dining standard. Our job placement is lifetime and students are welcome to come in for refresher classes whenever they'd like as well!

We also provide guest bartending at a bar owned by three of our former instructors to give students that extra layer of confidence from a real life experience
